right now we're doing the yoga-for-head-holders series at home. (she could probably do the yoga-for-almost-sitting, but i didn't do the earliest ones so i thought i'd start lower and build up). it's pretty cool because it has lots of things to do depending on what you need: wake up yoga, calm the baby yoga, developmental series, daddy series, and go to sleep yoga. at this point i'm kind of mixing it all together except only the go to sleep one at bedtime.
one of the great moves is called 'super baby'. i get on the floor or bed on my back, bend my knees and bring them to my chest then put her on my shins and bounce her up and down or rock her side to side and say 'super baby, super baby, super baby' to the rhythm of the bouncing. she LOVES it. loves it loves it loves it. and she really likes it when i sing 'super sabine' to her. it's very cute when she smiles down at me and laughs.
unfortunately, the camera is pretty interesting too so she doesn't smile down at it when we do super baby with the camera, but you get the idea.

We used to do that with all of you but we didn't know it was yoga or developmental, just fun. can't wait to see everyone and to fly Sabine around.
