November Madness

I figured out the other day that i am officially away from home more days in the month of november than i am home. so that's why the blogging has been light and will continue to be light until december.

For the first week of November this is what i was up to (yes, that's me):

Yoga Teacher training with Todd and Ann in MA. that meant that i was away from Sabine for 6 days! it was a little insane. by the grace of max and Grandy everyone survived. i pumped the whole time and so sabine is still nursing strong. all i can say is that it was an amazing time. i learned a lot both in class and out and i have a LOT to do in my teaching and a LOT of homework. i am SO SO SO grateful to max and grandy for helping me make this happen.

so yeah, the blog may continue to be light until may when i finally graduate from this program since now all my time goes to yoga, meditation, pranayama, journalling, reading, and lots and lots of homework assignments. luckily for me it's all fun.

after YTT i came home for two days then went off again to my parents' house for a visit with jin and izzy, my brother's family. and tomorrow at 545 am (!) we leave for a week in florida! thank goodness we enjoy traveling. now i'll try to update at least through the last trip so you have something fun to read while we're gone.
