Squirrels Game

Last night was a beautiful night so we decided to take advantage of the situation and head over to the stadium for a ball game. We now have a AAA baseball team right up the street and figured Sabine could handle it. You may notice in the photos that she's wearing her frog costume. She wore it all day long yesterday and begged to put it on again today (never mind that she's so hot that she's sweating). Yesterday was Bark in the Park... bring your dog to the game.. so we just brought our frog instead. She did pretty well with the whole thing. She liked the snacks (of course). And afterwards she told us that her favorite part was watching the men throw and catch and hit the ball. That's pretty good.

She lasted about four innings, and wouldn't actually let us go until we'd had ice cream because that was the treat we'd promised. They don't sell ice cream there (oops!) but dippin' dots seemed to do well instead. Afterwards it was home to bed with a very tired but happy girl.
