on another note, i was just standing at Sabine's door as she rolled and flopped around in the crib on her way off to dreamland, thinking to myself about how older children negotiate and try to draw you into their world by talking to you... all in an attempt to put off bedtime or naptime. lost in my own thoughts i was awakened by a very cute little voice from the crib "Hi, Mama" (melt my heart!)
